Elopement Photography – Booking Terms

Booking and payment

A 25% booking payment is required to reserve your date. Your booking is confirmed once I have received the payment and signed agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your elopement. If you book within 30 days of the date, full payment is due when booking.

Travel

Travel is not included in the package prices. I will quote it once your location is confirmed, and agree the cost with you before booking.

Coverage and photographs

Your package includes the coverage time and approximate number of edited photographs shown on the pricing page. Any extra coverage must be agreed in advance and may cost extra. Delivery details will be confirmed in your booking agreement.

Weather and safety

For outdoor plans, we’ll discuss a practical alternative if weather or conditions make the agreed location unsafe.

Cancellations and date changes

If you need to cancel or change your date, contact me in writing as soon as possible. The applicable cancellation, refund and date-change terms will be set out in your booking agreement before you book.
